What You’ll Do:

  • We need someone who can develop along with the practise. You will participate in everything from caring for our clients’ dogs to offering your opinion on the hospital’s business plan.
  • We think that veterinarians naturally assume a leadership position, and we’ll give you lots of guidance and support so you may succeed at the greatest levels possible.
  • You will get the chance to pursue your professional interests with one-on-one guidance in fields including internal medicine, and dentistry.

Who We Desire:

  • A qualified veterinarian with experience in internal medicine, dental, and preventive care is what we’re looking for. Surgery expertise would be advantageous but is not necessary. Our team, have a wealth of surgical expertise and genuinely enjoys mentoring staff members to improve their surgical abilities.
  • Technical proficiency is important for this position, but it’s also important to have the proper mindset, a passion for improving our practice and the profession, and a commitment to teach and learn.
  • No day is ever the same. We must be receptive to our clients’ demands because we are designed to make a difference for the people who entrust us with caring for their dogs.
  • We want the person filling this position to play a certain function.

A veterinary receptionist is presently needed at the Veterinary Medical Center of Lacey. To deliver the finest patient and client service possible, we are looking for a receptionist who is a competent communicator and enjoys interacting with customers and peers. The Veterinary Receptionist will be our clients’ initial point of contact. This role will be in charge of all office tasks, thus the ideal candidate will be gregarious and determined! Experience working at a veterinary hospital for one to two years is strongly advised.
