Hi. I’m Stella, and this is my Cat Log. Or, as I like to call it, the Clog.
You can read what my human assistants say about me here. What you really need to know, though, is that I’m a bit of a star at Companion Veterinary Hospital. Hey, it’s in my name, after all.
There are people coming into our hospital all day long to see me. Most customers even bring their pets with them! It’s quite an honor, actually. It’s odd that my human assistants frequently usher me to the office when a pet comes in to visit me–I mean, how can my admirers really get to know me through a plate glass window? People. They’re a strange breed indeed.
But, hey, it’s okay. As any savvy feline knows, it’s good policy to occasionally “humor the humans.” Let them continue to believe they’re in charge, and you can get away with a lot. Plus, they feed you. And chewing through those food bags in the stock room is really hard work.
In any case, during those many hours in the office (shut away, to the dismay of my fawning fans), I have plenty of time to plot my next adventure. I assume you will tune in regularly to the Clog, just as I assume all those pets shuffling through our front door are here to catch a glimpse of me. Because I am, after all, Stella the Star.
